Managed Funds Fee Calculator
Updated 3 May 2026
Managed funds all charge an annual fee as a percentage of your total investment. For example, if you invest $10,000 in a fund that charges 1% p.a., you'll pay $100 per year to invest in the fund. As your fund increases in value, and/or you invest more money, you'll pay more in fees (in dollar terms).
Our calculator below considers your initial investment, planned future contributions (i.e. how much new money you will invest per year), your expected rate of return and how long you plan to invest for. It then calculates the dollar cost of the fund based on the annual management fee.
